What Causes Back Pain?

Everyday many people in this world are faced with back pain The biggest problem of all is lower back pain However, what causes this pain? Is it posturing problems? Alternatively, are people just hurting their backs from heavy lifting? The answer to all of these questions is yes. There are a number of reasons why someone who is in perfect health can experience back pain. The main reason why the back hurts is too much time sitting down. Your body is designed to be in an upright position and does better when walking, running, standing or even lying down. This is why when your back starts to hurt, you can seek relief when you stand up. Basically, your body does not like being in a position where it is bending. People all over the world spend too much time sitting down. Most people sit at work and work 40 hours a week. Then they get into their cars and sit while driving. When they go home, what do they do? They sit and eat dinner. They sit and watch TV. If you want to seek relief from back pain, the first thing you need to do is limit the time you sit. Now, of course you can do much to limit the time sitting at work if you work in an office, but there are ways you can control the way you sit. Every hour, if possible you should get up and walk around and stretch your body. This will help in keeping the muscles loose. The next step in controlling the back pain relief has to do with the shoes you wear. Most shoes do not provide your arches with enough support, and that leads to you having increased back pain It’s important to get a pair of shoes that supports your arch and fits correctly. A good pair of trainer shoes will correct this problem. The last step is simple and basic common sense. Exercise and weight control will help to eliminate your back problems With a healthy diet and plenty of exercise, along with active stretching you can eliminate most your back problems It is important for you to stretch daily and walk daily. Yoga is a great way to stay flexible and will help in reducing back pain Aerobics is another great way to reduce back pain Start with walking a few days a week for at least 15 minutes. Once your body is use to exercising, try jogging or speed walking. To keep you focused, try exercising with a friend. This way you each can motivate one another, and you won’t be opted to quit exercising. By following these tips you can be on your way to a back pain free life in no time. Please keep in mind, these are just tips, and if you continue to have increased back pain after following these tips for more than a few weeks, you should seek the advice of a licensed doctor.
